What began as a cherished market stall and neighbourhood favourite in the bustling heart of Camden has blossomed into our next chapter: Pistachio London. While our name has evolved to embrace the wider city we call home, the heart and soul of what we do remains exactly where it started - around our kitchen table.

At the heart of Pistachio London is the Newton family: a mother and her two sons, driven by a shared passion for authentic Italian confectionery and the extraordinary depth of Sicilian pistachio. For us food is not just sustenance; it is storytelling, warmth, and the unmistakable pure joy that freshly crafted Italian confectionery brings to everyone who walks through our doors.

From our earliest days as Pistachio Camden, our mission was simple: bring Londoners an authentic taste of Italy’s finest pastry traditions without compromise. That meant going straight to the source.

Every creation on our counter is grounded in genuine provenance. We personally source and import our core ingredients and artisan delicacies from two of Italy’s most storied culinary regions:

  • Sicily: Renowned worldwide for producing the "green gold" of Bronte on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. Sicilian pistachios offer an unmatched depth of flavour, delicate sweetness, and vibrant aroma that forms the foundation of our bakes, fillings, and spreads.

  • Tuscany: A landscape steeped in ancient craft, rustic warmth, and generations-old pastry-making methods that celebrate balance, texture, and time-honoured heritage.

Our Master Partners & Artisans

To share true Italian indulgence, we collaborate with masters who share our uncompromising dedication to craftsmanship:

  • Aledi Patisserie: Known for their precision, buttery finesse, and delicate textures, Aledi’s creations showcase the artistry of contemporary Italian pastry. From silky pistachio creams to crisp, layered patisserie, their creations bring refined continental indulgence straight to our counter.

  • Le Dolcezze di Nanni co. Srl: Tucked in the picturesque hills of Ponte d'Arbia in Siena, Tuscany, the artisans at Le Dolcezze di Nanni still honour historic Tuscan recipes using traditional copper pots and hand-finishing techniques. Their artisan panforti, ricciarelli, and traditional nut-infused biscuits reflect true, preservative-free Italian heritage.

Family First, Always

At Pistachio London, we believe the best moments in life happen over espresso and a shared sweet treat. Whether you’ve followed us since our Camden days or you’re discovering the magic of Sicilian pistachio with us for the first time, our family is delighted to welcome you to our table.
